Shrink pots are traditional green woodworking containers made from freshly cut unseasoned logs. The log is hollowed out and shaped so a dry base can be inserted. As the log dries, it shrinks and creates a tight and (hopefully!) watertight seal around the base.
Veterans and first responders (inc. retired) can attend this workshop free of charge. Other community members can attend in exchange for a $150 donation to our cause. Location is our cosy Tamborine Mountain workshop. Morning tea and refreshments are included.
Join us to experience the wellbeing benefits of green woodworking! No woodworking experience neccessary.
